1) What currency are you using? Where are you based?

Woof Pals Pte Ltd is based in Singapore. All prices displayed on our website are in  Singapore Dollars (SGD).

 

2) Can I order from outside Singapore?

Yes. For international customers, you can make payment via PayPal (in SGD). Do refer to the DELIVERY section for shipping rates to your country. Feel free to contact us @ CUSTOMER CARE or email us at enquiries@woofpals.com.sg  if you need any assistance.

 

3) How can I check my order status and order history?

Login to your account to check your order status and order history. In addition, you will receive e-mail updates on your order status when your order is processed and shipped.

 

4) Why is my order taking so long to deliver?

We strive to send out all orders within 7 days of purchase. However, there may be circumstances (such as public holidays) which may cause a delay in delivery, fo which we seek your understanding.

 

5) What if the item runs out of stock?

If the item you ordered has sold out, we will contact you via e-mail as soon as possible. You may opt for a replacement design, a refund in shopping credits or a cash refund.Occasionally, we may restock certain sold out designs. Do contact us @ CUSTOMER CARE or enquiries@woofpals.com.sg with the item name (size/colour, if any).

 

6) Can I adjust or modify my order?

Your order is final once it has been processed. If you have made a mistake or wish to make changes, do contact us @ CUSTOMER CARE as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.

 

7) Can I order a Dean & Tyler product from you even though it is not listed on your website?

Yes it is possible, do contact us @ CUSTOMER CARE or enquiries@woofpals.com.sg for further queries.

 

8) How do I know what size to choose?

To assist you in sizing selection, instructional videos and measurement charts (where applicable) are available in the section labelled "How to measure".

 

9) How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept payment through Pay Pal; should you wish to make payment through bank transfer or experience difficulties in making payment, do contact us @ CUSTOMER CARE or enquiries@woofpals.com.sg for assistance.

 

10) How can I return or exchange my merchandise?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have ordered a wrong size or if the design does not suit you, you can return or exchange the item to another size, colour or even design.For more info, see EXCHANGE AND REFUND section.
